1. no career and salary growth 2. false promises by HR 2. delayed appraisal cycles 3. no job security at any level in hierarchy (with in hour decision they demand resignation) 4. at time of feedback also they admonish to give good reviews as if they will not allow you to rejoin 5. maruti suzuki will not give you a job as you are working in its vendor company as per policy. 6. only politics and favouritism prevails here. no applaud to hardwork and smartness.
