Pros
AI Software has a really collaborative encouraging environment. The people here are amazing to work with! Plus the product is really impressive. It’s exciting getting to work on something that could revolutionize the way people work.
Cons
As with any new company, AI Software is in the midst of creating structure. Instead of a con however, I see this as more of an opportunity for newcomers to help build processes and procedures!
It all starts with working with good people. You really feel that everyone that you work with really cares about the product and they like working with each other on a common goal.
Cons
The startup life is not for everybody. Priorities do change very quickly. Over the last several years they’ve been quite a few acquisitions which could complicate efforts in building a unified product strategy, and it could be stressful for some who have a hard time adapting to changing conditions.
