Very laid back company culture. All co-workers are intelligent and low ego, therefore very easy to work with. Small teams make everybody feel they can actually make a difference.

A small, early-stage startup requires certain types of personalities. This is more of an innate characteristic of such kind of companies rather than a "con."
It all starts with working with good people. You really feel that everyone that you work with really cares about the product and they like working with each other on a common goal.

The startup life is not for everybody. Priorities do change very quickly. Over the last several years they’ve been quite a few acquisitions which could complicate efforts in building a unified product strategy, and it could be stressful for some who have a hard time adapting to changing conditions.
