I have been working at Capace Software for more than 5 years, and my experience has been very positive. The work environment is supportive, management is approachable, and there are good opportunities to learn and grow. Team members help each other, and the company gives employees the chance to work on different technologies and challenging projects. For a growing startup, the company provides excellent exposure, responsibility, and career development.

As a growing startup, some processes and systems are still evolving, but the management is always open to feedback and continuously works on improvements. Overall, no major concerns from my side.

I have completed 4 years with Capace Software and it has been a wonderful journey. I learned a lot professionally and personally during my tenure. The company provides good opportunities to grow, take ownership, and work on challenging projects. Considering it is a startup, the work culture, leadership support, and learning environment are very good.
