Nothing but lies - Manager CapTech Employee Review

This is a disheartening review to read. We work with Fortune 500 clients, across a multitude of industries, solving some of their toughest tech challenges. While staff augmentation can be a part of some projects, it is certainly not the bulk of the incredible work we do as a company. Along with expanding skill sets on exciting client work, we have true growth paths for our people, including people management and subject matter expertise. We are tremendously proud of our Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) efforts spearheaded by our DIB Council and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) which are supported by our executive leadership and driven by our people.
