I agree the staffing process can be tricky and we will always have some staff aug work needed by our clients. That said, we do want to balance your roles and time in a role. So, please be sure to work with your Coach and Account Manager to ensure you don’t stay in one role beyond what you have agreed upon in your career path. Also, a point of clarification on the utilization, the 90% can be achieved with 41 hours a week, including PTO, which is less than most consulting firms. While bench time is built into our business model, and there if you need it, we strive to keep our consultants staffed. Our generous bonuses are calculated using several factors, utilization being one of those. Understandably, bench time was tricky this year with COVID, which will be considered in our modified performance programs. I hope this helps alleviate any concerns.
