Great company, good benefits, PTO is excellent, flexible and friendly work environment Other people in the Columbus CapTech office are usually very friendly and helpful Columbus office leadership is easily accessible (you get to know them very well) Company leaders (CEO, etc) are friendly and approachable They do try to match you up with your interests for client projects as much as possible

Like any consulting, it's hard to know what you'll be doing next Some clients are difficult to work with
