      - Allow employees to work a hybrid schedule (2 days in the office) - Casual dress in office - provides free coffee and soft drinks - provides free breakfast and lunch on multiple occasions - very friendly office - provides 401k match program, health Insurance, life insurance, etc

      Pros

      Flexibility. Entrepreneurial. Supports desire to attend regional and national functions. Pay has become more aligned with the industry. Mentor/Mentee opportunities for those that seek it. Hybrid and remote work options.

      Cons

      Very limited growth opportunities. Open PTO comes with a cost, often working during scheduled time off. Communication and collaboration is lacking. Little recognition for exceptional work.
