Pros

They pay better than other teaching agencies ( it is because they calculated your holiday pay into the hourly rate ) so don’t be fooled

Cons

1) very unorganised management ( a lot of last minute changes, additional procedures in place to burden teachers ) 2) poor communication with their clients ( schools are not happy with the company ) 3) A lot of extra work for teachers ( asking you to prepare classes when they do not know the demands of the clients and do not provide any resources, extra administrative tasks ) especially after school workshops, they are a joke. 4) Company is incredibly stingy, they calculate your hours in 0.01 hours … that show their character I guess ! 5) The boss and the HR, they have incredibly rude attitude, “ we are not obliged by law to help you” , “ this is not our responsibility “ That speaks a lot about a company 6) Bully foreign teachers by sending long emails in french to force them to comply, preying on the weakness that they do not know French or french law.

Pros

Can't find any. Maybe the pay?

Cons

Weird schedule. Lack of support, lack of organisation, and lack of communication. Disrespectful staff (Not gonna name the city and not gonna name the school), they don't care about the Capenglish services AT ALL, they're only looking for reinforcement in the monitoring, and they forced basic monitoring tasks on me when I never signed for this. Didn't expect that at all. I felt unwelcome, I felt like an intruder, and it made me feel so uncomfortable. I'm so disappointed. Nothing I expected.

Doesn't have any benefit besides paying half of the transportation.
