- If you don't come in with the expectation that your suggestion will be accepted, you will be fine here. - Leader is fickle and will find a way to blame his/her indecisiveness on others - Does not like to hear opposing views from, and will feel disrespected; so avoid doing so if you want an easy time here - Employees get embroiled into the not-so-subtle power struggle of the management - (too much) Politics - High staff turnover - Have an unhealthy culture that employees are not allowed to rest during sick leave, have seen colleagues coming in sick / even when they are on sick leave. Supervisor will be a little unhappy if you are not in. - An unhealthy amount of internal meetings scheduled, resulting in employee unproductivity (weekly meeting that drags over an hour with nothing much but watching people finger-point at each other - if you like that type of stuff this is a pro) - Teams refusing to work cross-functionally; resulting in additional workload from other teams and getting blamed for not doing their work
