If you refuse to participate in their enslavement, stand up to someone who has been bullying you, or let HR know of maltreatment. by coworkers, they fire you on the spot. The turnover rate is absolutely astonishing! And none of the higher-ups care because they're making 10x more than they could ever lose by someone leaving.
