      Pros

      Awesome coworkers. Love working with patients and the community. CVMG isn’t too big like Revere or IHC, so feels more personable.

      Cons

      Administration and the majority of the Doctors don’t acknowledge or appreciate their staff. They have the mentality that everyone is replaceable. High turnover rate because of this

      Providers are kind and patient Management takes the time to get to know you Opportunities to learn Never boring

      Cons

      A little hard to find coverage for time off, great when providers take off though, then you can schedule trips around then.
