Pros
Canvas has had the opportunity for bringing in some the greatest minds in the industry, coupled with a state-of-the art building. The benefits are great (if you can use them!) and it's right in Silicon Beach.
Cons
Let's put aside the fact that the client's are difficult - that is true almost anywhere. The difference here is that we are at their every whim, since they have a stake in Canvas. What they really don't tell you is that they are trying to squeeze every penny of profit and bring on additional clients without adding staff. There is no true HR, the COO has a bad history of driving people out with dictator style of management. They work you to death and do not care - no one deserves raises and everyone can always work more or harder to get them their extra pennies.
