      Pros

      Canto has a reallly encouraging environment where everyone seeks to lift each other up. This is seen particulary in the company value nominations and the shout-outs people get regularly on the internal comms channels. Overall a great place to work with a lovely culture and some nice perks!

      Lack of in-person events and workshops to bring teams and the company together.

      - Remote - Good sdr pay - Team is supportive - Product has a stable place in the market and customers like it

      Cons

      - Fully outbound other than event leads - No real team culture unfortunately but that is tough remote - No growth path, you must force it or get lucky - Crowded market - Expectation for AI to be used on everything
