The staff at the site really rally around each other and help out despite how management treat us. We have lovely participants who come to the site.

Most of the staff are looking to leave. Management are never around and only turn up to either give you an earful or pretend to care just to tick the box. The business only cares about winning new trials, but doesn't care about how we can do the work - no one in consulted on anything. We are doing trials we have no idea about.

Toxic work culture, when management are given negative feedback they go on the defensive, blaming anyone but themselves, instead of trying to fix the issues.
