Tom Cruise (The Firm) culture - Operations Coordinator Canopius Group Employee Review

Terrible management, ruthless in getting rid of people. Training non existences, there technology is dated. Be very suspicious if you decide to work for this company. Reminds me of the Tom Cruise film “The Firm” of how they deal with there staff. Maybe its better if your in underwriting, but support staff watch your back, you can be out in a matter of days if your face don’t fit in!
