Very smart engineering team. Company has a focus on networking switches and you'll work with very talented people. Very steep learning curve for entry level developers - I think that's great and necessary.

Fully remote (that could be a benefit). Not much human interaction - it's like you get your own project/tasks and need to deliver something that works.
