Pros
- Front desk ladies are very lovely
Cons
- Owned and managed by people who have no experience on how an ABA clinic is managed - BCBA is inflexible, refuses to collaborate with other BCBAs and practices out of scope - Schedule gets changed very frequently so there is no consistency - BCBA will not help at all during behaviours - STs look down on you and judge you for asking questions - STs are in sessions most of the time and are never available - No opportunity for growth beyond becoming an ST, even then you aren't an ST, its part time IT as they are in sessions most of the time - low pay, no benefits, you have to pester them if you want benefits - culture is not inclusive or empathetic mainly because upper management plays favourites - Quality of services provided is cheap because they hire people who have no experience in ABA thus clients lose out (be aware because they charge clients less money, many people come in thinking it is good service but it is not)
