Time waste and worst company - Senior Software Engineer CannySys Employee Review

It's Not a Software Company.. It's place for learning politics and doing politics with One and only One Lice ( Cheeda Purugu ) It's good college for learning and implementing the politics But Not for software growth... Management feels like College principal and HOD..... They don't know Software Industry environment.... They placed CC camera s for Checking how many Water bottles missing and How many times having coffe and tea.. And also management won't take care about works and tasks but will take about how many hours staying in office...

Suggested to freshers or experiences if you want to go back your school days (like 9 to 5 school and 5 to 9 tutions all things covered in cannysys) you can join in this company....

Set up is calm and great, perfect for work. Friendly staff with full of energy and enthusiasm. Can learn new technologies and groom yourself. The Director is so cool and encourages creativity. Good working environment

Though there are a handful of Pros, I could not find any Cons. The reason, everything and everyone is positive out there!
