Incredible mentorship, friendly environment, and great benefits. They work on a flexible hybrid schedule which is great for people with families. If you are hard working and take initiative, leadership will be eager to see you succeed. This was an excellent firm to work for right out of college. The interiors group in particular is a welcoming group of designers who are always happy to help out. The interior's leader, Dale, is an incredible designer who takes pride in his work and loves to mentor.
