Pros
The president is well-meaning and seems genuine. I enjoyed working for the company and learned a lot while there.
Cons
The people that the president hires to deliver his directives are not legit. I don't know if they do it on purpose or if they really have no clue about what the realities are. There are promises that are made to get you hired, and then they never materialize once you get there. Also, incentives and bonuses that are promised are not delivered upon. The rules change when it comes time to collect.
