Leading brands and new products are constantly released keeping the selection fresh. Lots of free weed, they give away expired products to employees regularly so they don’t have to throw it away.
Cons
20% pay cuts for all employees across the board. Leadership often has no idea what the executives want. Founders are constantly fighting and talk about each other behind their backs. Dennis is usually hung over from the night before and Ned doesn’t have a computer, relies on assistant for everything and basically just smokes spliffs all day. Constant talk about “going through a merger”. People who work hard and aren’t recognized and are fired with no warning so the remaining staff is expected to pick up right where they left off with no increase in pay. Toxic work environment and company has already seen it’s prime.
