Pros
Genuinely making a difference to our partners lives. The care and consideration to dog welfare and health. Flexitime to allow for a better work/ life balance and a trusting nature with your manager to organise your own workload/time. Bringing my dog to work. The location of the center allowing beautiful dog walks in the woods at lunch.
Cons
Due to the nature of the Charity there are a lot of remote workers that we don't get as much direct, face to face contact with when in the office. However there are regular learning days for specific teams as well as more recently team building days to attend in order to combat this. It is a very busy and growing Charity which means each and every job role has a large workload. For some this can be overwhelming and for others this would actually be a pro as they like to be busy.
