Pros

You can use it as a dating service, everyone else does.

Cons

This group is run by a bunch of sexual deviants who use their "we don't believe in exec titles" to blame each other for the myriad of issues they currently have, ranging from sexual harassment lawsuits to inappropriate relationships with employees both onshore and "near shore". The company is entirely unstable and completely disorganized.

Although this sounds like a prankster rather than a legitimate review, Canidium will respond here. Canidium has no pending legal matters or lawsuits. Canidium has a published HR policy governing and does not tolerate inappropriate behavior.

My colleagues are all top notch and I feel like I impact the company every day. Management cares about me as a person and not just as a PM.

Cons

Small company so the benefits are not that great but for the size of the company they are pretty good.
