Pros
Fun Job with a great culture, caring HR Department (and CEO/upper management), company car, bonus structure, etc.. Working here is a fun job. I never wake up being bummed to have to work. It's honestly fun. I saw a review on here claiming that the positive reviews are fake and I would 100% disagree. Do you have to work hard? Yes. But if you work hard, you are taken care of. Everybody from the top down cares about about the employees and their well-being. I'm not saying that mistakes or errors are never made, but if they are, they do their absolute best to fix them. They are really understanding about having a great work/life balance too. There are numerous great perks about working here. If there are ever problems, you have outlets to reach out to. And as an employee, your voice is heard! The HR department has been extremely open to helping out, and actively gives employees access to resources such as EAP, self-help books/programs, discounted meditation apps, a free car (that you can use for personal usage too), discounted pet insurance, etc.. As the company continues to grow and evolve, the upper management becomes more understanding, takes advice from the sales team, and learns/adapts to the environment. It's been really cool to be asked my opinion on things and have them implement some of the suggestions! This company is great overall, and I couldn't speak higher of it. Plus the people that they have been hiring are really cool, and it's becoming a tight knit community/family. As long as you are willing to work hard and give a job your full effort, you will be taken care of and appreciated.
Cons
Nothing worth writing in my opinion.
