Canfor is a good Company to work for - Manager Canfor Employee Review

While there is good advancement for some, I have done my job well and a leader/trainer in my field yet watched others who have no knowledge in my field get promoted while I stagnate even when I am confident I did a better job for years leading the team even with no direct reports. Well time to relax and take my time now. Very sad about it, I may leave soon because of it.
