Pros
Their #1 value at Canfor is Safety comes first. And that should be assumed in an industry-based company, but not always. They have provided me many opportunities to grow my own skill-set and even paid for some additional schooling
Cons
Off the top of my head, I would maybe say there should be a payroll increment system that automatically adjusts your salary based on years of service. And I gave it only 4 out of 5 stars, only because I believe no person or company can ever be perfect
