Pros
Great locations. Executive Leadership is committed, competent and engaged. Definitely headed in the right direction. Safety is number one and they are constantly striving to improve their operations to keep their folks safe.
Cons
Benefits needs some improvement along with better work life balance. However, this appears to be changing which is positive.
