Realizing how dysfunctional the company is BEFORE you become just like them and getting out.
Cons
Everything. And you leave not because you can't cut it or the pace is too fast, but rather you have self worth and know that titans of industry and FAMOUS CEOs and their teams could run circles around BC, while always respecting and appreciating their staff. Bruce is not all that, but he thinks he is. Outside of his lane, no one knows him.
