Company is so innovative, we get create the best NFTs + experience ever. We partner with MLB, Nascar, & Netflix. And that is just the start. Our founders are in crypto, sports, & collectables (Michael Novogratz, Michael Rubin, Gary Vaynerchuk). Literally iconic. Great start-up culture. Everyone is very chill and obviously professional. So far so good, no drama. Lot's of fun social opportunities and of course happy hour. Very cross collaborative culture, in your own teams and cross function. Everyone is all hands on deck to scale and wears many hats. Aka get the job done. Very web 3 vibes. You have typical health benefits, great parent leave (24 weeks + spending money), lunch is provided in office, gympass, commuter benefits, mental health days, etc. Managers are great, they do not micromanage. If you are trying to join an All Star team you need to be an all star player. If you do not like team collaborating, being a team player, day to day changes in duties, wearing many hats, having a good attitude, having a solution seeking mindset, and having ownership then this company might not be for you.
