      This is the worst company to ever work for! The leadership lies to their employees. I was promised a bonus and equity when they offered me the job and then told there was no budget a month after starting. Management also likes to micromanage to the point of distraction but offers zero meaningful help or support. My direct manager version of managing is scream and yell even when wrong which was all the time but never apologize when proven wrong. There is no room for advancement or vision. This is not the place to advance your career. Compared to all other tech companies the salary is an absolute joke. Don't waste your time working here.

      Pros

      It is a start up company so it's not all "corporate" like the other jobs I have had. It's a small company with about 16 people. Casual environment and basically easy money. I've worn different hats here so it's given me the chance to learn new things, but I need to make more money. It's only 15 min down the road from my house and I love my hours (7:30 - 4pm) M- F. Weekends off! Benefits are actually pretty good. No complaints there.

      Cons

      They don't pay me enough. That really is the only thing I can complain about. I have it pretty easy here.
