Disappointing - Anonymous employee Candriam Employee Review

Very old school hierarchical system, as sexist as a financial company can get, no room for change and youth. Fake company identity sold in and outside the office. Lack of fluidity because of the micromanagement and - weirdly - completely unmonitored functioning of some entities (geographically or functionally distant). Definitely not recommended to someone who's looking for an inspiring team. That said, I hope Candriam will grow and give some room to NEW ideas, NEW employees and NEW ways of working.
