      Good culture and good WFH policies

      Very European meaning most decisions are made in Europe and this creates delays in decision-making and outcomes Some people are snobbish and talk behind people's back IT Infrastructure can be improved - need larger and newer monitors.

      The CEO is charismatic and a brilliant team leader. Good financial package and much efforts deployed to strenghten the social relations.

      The IT Department should be upgraded to favour agility and let the innovation emerging
