Pros
Nothing very good as such
Cons
The salary is lesser than pay range. They have a six day working week. The location is in a village so the approach road is very far away. You have to pay for everything- tea, transportation etc. nothing is free. If you take a leave before and after the paid holiday, they do the give money of paid holiday. There is constant politics at every level. And they will kick you out of the job at any given time without giving a reason. They will mark compulsory attendance at crucial days too such as voting days so it is either you take personal day off if you want to vote or you come to office without voting. We see everyday 5-10 resignations.
product range is good. other than that no pros. this company is good for those who can do any thing even though you're well qualified.
Cons
1.No value for qualified professionals. for example a diploma candidate gets 40k but a batchers graduate gets 20k and they think that non technical person is more eligible than a technically sound person.
2. Management frequently changes the positions without any reason which will really impact the candidate profile and career.
3.Location is very far away from city no transportation and no proper roads.
4. Labor and staff language was completely impolite which doesn't suite for a educationally qualified person.
5. No incentive or appreciation and no amenities are provided to staff.
6. Never think of staff welfare and No value for staff.
