Excellent company to work for. Fair wages, good benefits and excellent work/life balance. Safety is a core value of this company. Cando invests in their employees and it shows in the performance and safety record of the company. The management from front line right up to executive level is engaged with the employees, they do a great job at mentoring and training new and current employees. There is an EXCELLENT share purchase plan available to employees that does very well and you can treat it as a pension plan. I made the change to Cando two years ago from a larger company that I believe treated employees poorly. Two years later I am still culture shocked. 100% great place to work

Benefits are not as good as larger railway companies, The schedules and work/life balance make up for that.
