Work culture, in terms of values, ethics and morals, team harmony was lacking two years ago. Also there was a lot of struggle from the management and admin reg certain employee wellness matters. It may not be termed as an employee friendly management, but team mates look out for each other. A lot of negativity and people bias is encouraged and practiced here.
