Nice and easy duties, most of the clients are undependable. nice and cooperative supervisors

Cons

Changing the schedule to every 12 hours might interfere with your other job. The health insurance is not good

Pros

Clients truly are inspiring! Working on goals is easy to be made fun. If you have Full Time 40 or 30 hours then the PTO isn't bad. There is plenty of overtime available.

Cons

Staffing is horrific. You will often get told to "deal with it" when your replacement doesn't show up. It isn't uncommon that Team Leads are over worked and burnt out, Managers and Administrators are also juggling a lot but if you don't work in the office you won't see them. As a Team Lead you will have all responsibilities of a "instructor" (aka a direct support staff) plus about 8 hours of paperwork that you won't have much time to do (unless you use your personal time) because the lack of staff means "figure it out"
