Pros

Work Life Balance - something the CEO and COO believe in very highly. They do not require anyone to work after hours. That is just preference and how you like to work. (Given how busy they are, I'm not surprised they work late hours themselves as it may be the only time they actually have to catch up on emails). Though it may be hard to get in touch with them from time to time, they will ALWAYS respond. Open Door Policy - they are open to listening to concerns and providing answers and solutions. Both the CEO and the COO have the company's best interest at heart while also trying to putting their employees first. These are hard things to juggle and it is something that should be commended as they do this so well. Great environment - everyone is welcoming and friendly. Everyone treats everyone like family. No need to be shy here. Passion - everyone here is passionate about what they do and how they do it. If a conversation sounds like shouting, it's only because it's a very passionate conversation. When people get passionate, things get loud sometimes!

Cons

It's a small company, so many of us wear multiple hats (that is not a bad thing) . But - if you are not a person that can hang with the changes and up to taking on multiple tasks, this may not be the place for you.
