Pros

Easy work alright pay no weekends

Cons

This company poses as a non-profit but yet the call center director makes 200,000 a year, you're expected to get donations from elderly people on small fixed incomes not by speaking with them yourself but through pre recorded prompts and if you are unable to "sale" through it they fire you. I found myself challenged morally working for this "charity" they are proud of the 20% that is used for the patients that they can't find a reason to deny help.

Pros

paid every week easy to get bonuses as long as your on time and accurate on the phones.

Cons

This is a "charity" with 501c3 status calling for donations that they keep 80% of, it is a subsidiary of a larger for profit company that calls on behalf of other charities that the owners operate. Use of computers to interact with customers that "sale" for you, you are punished if your "sales" are low because people do not want to donate to a charity that they have never heard of and a quick internet search of this company revels all the dirty laundry causing people to hang up fast. Overall my moral compass was challenged coming to work every day.
