Pros
There are a few people in this company who are genuinely good people, both professionally and personally. These few people make the company what it is today. All those who work in the lab and a few others are knowledgeable in their area of expertise and they truly make the work place enjoyable. As long as you keep your head down and do your work without any intent to speak your mind or give any opinions,you'll do fine. Don't make the mistake of expressing your opinions because that's shunned upon and you won't go far afterwards.
Cons
It's really hard to sum up the cons in just a few words, Probably could write a thesis on it but to say the least I'll say this much, STAY AWAY and RUN if you're still there. The management and level of professionalism in this company is a zero. What else is expected when your CEO is a complete self centered arrogant individual - that's what happens when you put a monkey behind a steering wheel. When the foundation of the company is incorrect you cannot blame others for the outcome.
