      Friendly co-workers good benefits good effort at company culture product discounts well known in the town as a top provider of services

      Cons

      Management it lacking and thinks they have a different rule list then everyone else There is a huge amount of company politics that make it difficult to get things done Departments don't work together they finger point, no one wants to take repsonsiblity

      Pros

      Some of the Technical Staff and Customer Service Staff are good and sincerely want to provide superior service.

      Cons

      The Management is so immature and paranoid, they create problems between employees. Most do not have College degrees, and because of this, they sabotage anyone who they feel is a threat. Very childish.
