Not a good place to work - Senior Developer Canarys Automations Employee Review

Freshers join here they are forced to sign a bond of 3-4 years. then you remain low-paid employee who cannot leave the company for a long long term. I don't know if this is even legal to make employees sign a bond and get stuck for so long . If its legal then government should make it illegal to do so.
