Pros
The interview process was seamless and without problems. Straightforward questions. The role itself was very fulfilling as I'd be interacting with customers to help solve problems with their configurations and increase their output and I was able to attend events along with perform on-site visits regularly.
Cons
Zero bank holidays, you are expected to use your annual leave days if you wish to take any of these off. Management can be extremely toxic and hostile for unfortunately no reason and there is an expectation to work outside of the contracted hours with repercussions if you refuse to do so.
