* No work life balance in officer cadre * Few leaders and more bosses * Usage of unparliamentary language on rise * The employees who actually work are burdened with more work and at the time of promotions only sycophants are rewarded * No one cares of actual work. Late sitting is appreciated whether work is done or not, its irrelevant * Transfers all over India every couple of years and the list goes on and on
