      Pay is fixed regardless of the performance, The respect you get from the society is the utlimate. Promotion oppurtunities are abundant.

      Cons

      Poor Work life balance, transferable job, one cannot specialise in anything, if one has to continue in specific job role/profile or work in a specific location better pack your packs and leave.
