      Pros

      Company punches above its weight in terms of its profile, and the level of connections at large companies. Lots of opportunity to travel, and do business at high level with leading tech companies.

      Cons

      Early and very late calls. While there's flexibility about some things there are times where senior management believes the company comes first even before important personal commitments and this can lead to some pretty negative feelings towards the firm.

      Pros

      Established global brand. Small hybrid offices. Peer-to-peer training and onboarding. Do your time, make your connections, move on.

      Cons

      Around the clock working hours. Lack of compensation. Leadership is mediocre management. Your peers are your lifeline so stick to them - learn from them how to best handle poor managers. Don't drink the kool-aide for too long. Do your time, make connections, jump ship. The skills you learn from your peers will land you in far more healthy environments in tech (with a much better culture), promise.
