Pros
D&I is great for company of such scale. People are very friendly and supportive. Can get a big picture of consumer tech industry. Exposure to high tier consumer tech companies clients.
Cons
Lack of structured training and resources. Low pay and limited growth opportunities. One can develop knowledge about the industry, but not transferable skills. Unless you really like researching, this probably isn’t a career company because the highlight of your career then would be getting quoted in some journal/ press.
