Pros

If you like hotel work and can find a manager that knows what they are doing, go for it.

Cons

Unprofessional behaviour from management and HR. Constant stress, with no training. No predictable schedule, schedule not posted on time, not even a minimum of 24 hour notice to any changes to schedule. Management will not be in for longer than 3 hours. Will make up reasons to write you up if they don't like you. Management lies constantly about hours and promotions.

Pros

Great at incentivizing staff, which is leading to higher staff retention. Feels like a job that I can comfortably grew with.

Cons

Like everywhere I do think wages could be better, but I do acknowledge Canalta is better than most for this.
