Toxic Work Environment: Management, depending on the department you work in, either fosters a culture of micromanagement (which severely stifles creativity and autonomy) or there is no oversight and employees are left to figure out the job on their own with no communication of expectations. Lack of Career Growth: There is very little room for advancement within the company. Promotions seem to be based more on who you know than your performance, and training opportunities are scarce. Poor Communication: The communication from leadership is lacking. Major decisions are often made without consulting the teams affected, leading to confusion and frustration. Senior leadership lacks the necessary skills and vision to effectively guide and manage the company. There is a lot of favoritism and that seems to be the metric used for promotions. HR does a poor job of maintaining confidentiality.
