      Pros

      The world of extremely large equipment for heavy metal forming and welding is very interesting and challenging.

      Cons

      No pay for extended periods, being lied to, suddenly having no income with a very large back salary owed, and a significant potential severance payment, keeping employees on the hook without compensation.

      Great work environment. The company has grown and has great leadership.

      Pros

      good work environment lots of chances to improve and learn from the industry plenty of training is provided and PPE health benefits salary above average

      Cons

      although salary is good sometimes monthly salary is late and can flow on to next month working 6 days a week doesn't give you much free time
